I teach four classes a week at the beautiful Hemma Yoga Studio located at the corner of Moss and May in Victoria, BC.

Mondays
6:30-7:30pm | Hatha Flow
(Gentle/Moderate)

Tuesdays
5:00 – 6:15pm | Vinyasa Flow
(Moderate/Vigorous)

Fridays
5:00 – 6:15pm | Vinyasa Flow
(Moderate)

Saturdays
10:30-11:45am | 
Hatha Flow
(Moderate)

Class Descriptions:

My classes will incorporate elements of yoga lineages including Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin, Bikram/Hot. I will always include how our physical practices connects with yoga philosophy and our nervous system awareness, and will end each class with a brief meditation and pranayama (breath exercise).
